Our Mobile Application is designed to provide you with a seamless travel experience, covering a wide range of services from flights to hotels and apartments. These services are made possible through collaborations with esteemed third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"). These terms govern the use of our booking services and are integral to your interaction with our Mobile Application.
While these terms apply, it's crucial to note that your booking is also subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined by the relevant Supplier, whether it's an airline or a hotel. In cases of discrepancies, these terms take precedence.
Detailed terms and conditions specific to each Travel Product, including cancellation and change rights, are presented during the booking process. We urge you to review them carefully before finalizing your reservation.
By using our Mobile Application or completing a booking, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and the Supplier's terms. Should you disagree, kindly refrain from using our Mobile Application or completing a booking.
We trust that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract and will use our Mobile Application for legitimate reservations only. In the case of group bookings, the individual providing the first name assumes responsibility for accuracy, compliance, verification of booking details, and full payment. Tourlast, LLC retains the right to update these terms. Please review them regularly to stay informed.

UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS TO OUR MOBILE APPLICATION
Our commitment to excellence means we may update and enhance our Mobile Application. While we strive to provide notice of major changes, your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
Though our Mobile Application is accessible free of charge, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Operational reasons may necessitate suspension, withdrawal, or restrictions, with reasonable notice provided.
Responsibility lies with you to ensure the necessary equipment and compliance with terms for all users accessing our Mobile Application through your connection.
Accurate account information is paramount. Account information supplied by you must be true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. Keep user identification codes and passwords confidential. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
We have the right to disable your account at any time if you fail to comply with any of these terms.

We do not assure the absolute security or virus-free nature of our mobile application. Users must refrain from introducing viruses, and we disclaim responsibility for any issues arising from viruses.
You confirm the accuracy of details such as name, ID details, payment details, billing contact details and date provided during booking. While we strive for accurate pricing, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel or adjust prices accordingly.
Upon completion, a confirmation email with a unique Tourlast booking number is dispatched. Verify details and promptly report any discrepancies.We try hard to make sure all our Mobile Application & Website services are kept up to date and we do not guarantee any of the travel products on our Mobile Application & Website and kept up to date.
Payment terms are explicitly stated during the booking process. Failure to pay may result in booking cancellation. If you get a problem when submitting your payment, please do not submit the payment again. Please contact us to confirm whether your booking was successful. Your payment details are kept safe.
Your responsibility extends to obtaining appropriate insurance and required travel documents. This includes (but not limited to) passport ID, visas, and medical documents.
5) FLIGHT TERMS
Your flight booking is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant airline and can be found on their own website. In cases of inconsistency, these terms take precedence.
Upon confirmed payment, a confirmation detail for payment and booking email is sent. Verify details and report inaccuracies promptly.
Rights to change or cancel your flight are outlined during the booking process on the Mobile Application.
Possible information on check-in, boarding, seat, baggage allowances, and more will be provided during the booking process on our Mobile Application.
HOTEL & APARTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your hotel booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the specific hotel & apartment. Inconsistencies default to these terms.
Efforts are made to promptly issue hotel & apartment booking confirmations within a time frame we notify you during your booking process. If your hotel and apartment confirmation details are not issued during the time frame, you can contact us on our Mobile Application’scontact information. Please be aware that hotels or apartments may not have access to your personal information to locate your bookings until closer to the booking date. Changes or refunds may be subject to terms outlined during booking.
Rights to change or cancel your hotel booking are outlined during the booking process.
Our liability is limited for losses incurred due to incorrect details, failure to obtain necessary documentation, non-compliance with Supplier terms, and events beyond our control.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR COMPANY,

● INABILITY TO REACH YOU WITH CRITICAL INFORMATION IFINCORRECT CONTACT DETAILS ARE SUPPLIED.
● INABILITY TO UTILIZE A TRAVEL PRODUCT DUE TO DISCREPANCIES IN ID DETAILS. FAILURE TO SECURE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION:
● FAILURE TO PROCURE ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS SUCH AS PASSPORT, VISA, OR PROOF OF VACCINATIONS FOR YOUR TRAVEL PRODUCT. NEGLECT TO OBTAIN SUITABLE INSURANCE COVERAGE:
● INABILITY TO USE A TRAVEL PRODUCT DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
● FAILURE TO ADHERE TO TIME REQUIREMENTS FOR CHECK-IN, BOARDING, OR PASSPORT CONTROL AND SECURITY CHECKS.
● UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR AS DETERMINED BY THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER. DISRUPTIONS IN YOUR JOURNEY:
● FAILURE TO CATCH THE NEXT FLIGHT, TRAIN, BUS, OR FERRY DUE TO PERSONAL ACTS OR OMISSIONS.
● INVALIDITY OF YOUR DISCOUNT CARD (E.G., RAILCARD) FOR THE CHOSEN JOURNEY.
● BOOKINGS MADE IN ERROR, INCLUDING DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS.
● FEES IMPOSED BY YOUR ACCOUNT PROVIDER FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS OR CHANGES IN EXCHANGE RATES.
● ANY DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER.
● INACCURATE GUEST OR STAR RATINGS.
● FALSE, INACCURATE, OUTDATED, OR INCOMPLETE PAYMENT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU. TRAVELING TO RESTRICTED AREAS:
● USE OF ANY INTERACTIVE AREA IN VIOLATION OF OUR CONTENT STANDARDS.
● TRAVELING TO AND/OR AROUND AREAS SUBJECT TO TRAVEL WARNINGS OR RESTRICTIONS. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL:
● ACTS OF NATURE, FLOODS, DROUGHTS, EARTHQUAKES, OR OTHER NATURAL DISASTERS.
● EPIDEMICS OR PANDEMICS.
● TERRORIST ATTACKS, WARS, COMMOTIONS, OR RIOTS.
● IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS, EMBARGOES, OR DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BREAKDOWN.
● NUCLEAR, CHEMICAL, OR BIOLOGICAL CONTAMINATION OR SONIC BOOMS.
● GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS OR LAWS.
● INTERNET, SYSTEM, OR DEVICE INSTABILITY, COMPUTER VIRUSES, AND HACKER ATTACKS.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in Mobile Application access withdrawal (Immediate, temporary or permanent), removal ((Immediate, temporary or permanent) of user contributions, legal proceedings, and disclosure to law enforcement.
